Shipping & Returns & Price Matching Policy

All orders placed through our website are for pick-up at our Burlington warehouse location or our Coquitlam store location unless you have opted to pay for delivery by one of our third-party companies at checkout.

Nestled uses an independent local delivery company that service the GTHA at an additional fee based on the total values of goods and location. 

For our local Coquitlam residents, we ship with an independent local delivery company that services the Coquitlam area at an additional fee based on the total value of good and location.

Shipping is only available within surrounding areas to your local Nestled (approximately 80KM radius).

How does delivery work?

1) Upon Placing Your Order
Once you've placed your order at Nestled.ca, you will receive a confirmation email that have received your order. You will then receive a follow up phone call or email from your local Nestled to confirm order details. Note: All orders are considered as a special order that can take up to 16 weeks to arrive. 

2) Once Your Order Arrives
Once your order has arrived in our Burlington warehouse, you will be notified by your Nestled team with details on how you can pick up your order. If you have opted for delivery, you will either receive a phone call or email from the local delivery company. For all orders shipped, the delivery personnel will bring your items inside your house but cannot assist you with unpacking or assembling your order.

Please ensure that you inspect your delivery immediately and report any damages or missing items within 24 hours of delivery time.

Returns

Please note that all furniture is non-returnable and final sale.

Our customers can always be confident that our products are completely new and unused.

 

Price-Matching Policy

  • The item you would like to price match is the same as the one carried by Nestled. We cannot price match against “similar” products or variants (i.e. colour, size, combos etc). 
  • The item’s price at the competitor can be independently verified by Nestled staff via the retailer’s website, public flyer, or similar. We cannot price match against screenshots, personal emails, private discount coupons, third party websites or other channels where the item’s price is not publicly available. 
  • The competitor is a valid Canadian retailer. We cannot price match against independent or private sellers, including Kijiji, third-party Amazon retailers, Best Buy, Mom’s groups, etc. We cannot price match retailers in Quebec.
  • The competitor’s price is in Canadian dollars and includes shipping and taxes. For example, if the product is only available online, the retailer’s shipping cost (if applicable) is included in the overall price being matched. 
  • The competitor’s price is in the same channel. For example, if an item is 15% off online and 25% off in-store, the item will be price matched only via the same channel. 

Please note that Nestled is unable to price match or price adjust on liquidation/bankruptcy sales.

Nestled cannot price match free shipping unless it is being offered through the same delivery service that we use for our products.

Nestled reserves the right to refuse, limit or adjust pricing, and cancel any order at our sole discretion.

No price matching will be permitted during holiday sale periods, including Black Friday and Boxing Day.
