Nestled by Snuggle Bugz is proud to partner with shipping providers Fedex Ground and JVP to deliver high quality nursery furniture across Canada.
Please note JVP only delivers within the GTA.
How much is delivery?
The cost of delivery depends on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location's distance from our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario.
How does delivery work?
1) Packaging Your Order
Once you've placed your order at Nestled.ca, you will receive a confirmation email that we're in the process of packaging your order for delivery. This usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
2) Shipping Your Order
When your order is ready for shipping, it will be picked up at our warehouse in Ontario by our shipping partner. You will receive a confirmation email that your order is on it's way.
Delivery times vary by province
3) Coordinating Your Delivery Date
Our shipping partner will give you a call 1 to 2 days before your estimated delivery date to schedule a time and confirm your location for delivery.
4) Delivering Your Order
Once your delivery arrives, for all orders that ship with Fedex Ground. The delivery personnel will bring your order to the front entrance of your home. Please note that the personnel cannot assist you with unpackaging or assembling your furniture items and will not bring your order inside your home. For all orders shipped with JVP, the delivery personnel will bring your items inside your house but cannot assist you with unpacking or assembling your order.
Please ensure that you inspect your delivery immediately and report any damages or missing items within 48 hours of delivery time.
