Nestled by Snuggle Bugz uses an independent local delivery company that service the GTHA at an additional fee based on the total values of goods and location.
For our local Coquitlam residents, we ship with Fed Ex Ground.
For Ontario residents outside of the GTHA and British Columbia residents outside of Coquitlam, please reach out to your local Nestled for shipping details.
Shipping is only available within Ontario and British Columbia at this time.
How does delivery work?
1) Upon Placing Your Order
Once you've placed your order at Nestled.ca, you will receive a confirmation email that have received your order. You will then receive a follow up phone call from your local Nestled to confirm order details. Note: All orders are considered as a special order that can take up to 16 weeks to arrive.
2) Once Your Order Arrives
Once your order has arrived in our Burlington warehouse, you will be notified by your Nestled team with details on how you can pick up your order. If you have opted for delivery, you will either receive a phone call from our local delivery company or an email with Fed Ex tracking. Once your delivery arrives, for all orders that ship with Fed Ex Ground, the delivery personnel will bring your order to the front entrance of your home. Please note that the personnel cannot assist you with unpackaging or assembling your furniture items and will not bring your order inside your home. For all orders shipped with JVP, the delivery personnel will bring your items inside your house but cannot assist you with unpacking or assembling your order.
Please ensure that you inspect your delivery immediately and report any damages or missing items within 48 hours of delivery time.
