Nestled by Snuggle Bugz is proud to partner with shipping providers SameDay Worldwide and JVP to deliver high quality nursery furniture across Canada.
How much is delivery?
The cost of delivery depends on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location's distance from our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout and displayed as a separate line item in your invoice.
How does delivery work?
1) Packaging Your Order
Once you've placed your order at Nestled.ca, you will receive a confirmation email that we're in the process of packaging your order for delivery. This usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
2) Shipping Your Order
When your order is ready for shipping, it will be picked up at our warehouse in Ontario by our shipping partner. You will receive a confirmation email that your order is on it's way.
Shipping times vary by province:
ON - 2 to 5 Business Days
QC, MB, AB, SK - 6 to 9 Business Days
BC, NB, NS, PE, NL - 9 to 12 Business Days
3) Coordinating Your Delivery Date
Our shipping partner will give you a call 1 to 2 days before your estimated delivery date to confirm the time and location of your delivery.
4) Delivering Your Order
Once your delivery arrives, the delivery personnel will carry your order to the front entrance of your home. Please note that the personnel cannot assist you with unpackaging or assembling your furniture items.
Please ensure that you inspect your delivery immediately and report any damages or missing items to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery time.
Our customers can always be confident that our products are completely new, unused and attain a high standard of quality.
For safety and hygienic reasons, please note that all furniture is non-returnable.
